Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been in communication for over a week about a wig I need. Made a deposit, arrange twice to go pick It up both times “sorry now we’re out of stock now” well have more Friday. what are deposit for if you sell the unit ? The owner then tells me after a week to purchase on her website, I’d receive the hair by Wednesday. Why not just say that the first day instead of having me wait till Friday just to tell me your out of stock again. I have offered multiple times to pick up the unit but she insist on shipping. Now It currently Wednesday morning and the unit is still not sent out, but a confirmation with tracking number was sent out in a email. How easy is It to say in the beginning, I Can not deliver. Everyone wants to be an entrepreneur, but can’t handle the simplicity of saying that so one doesn’t waste your time. Critical: PunctualityI asked for a wig to be plucked it took a month to ship never was plucked or bleached say ask to pluck I did multiple times in email and on gram … I had to pluck it it’s big hair in the front like it look wiggy first not like the picture knots wasn’t bleached I thought it would be hd atlest ..
