Worst foot massage ever. Unprofessional service, and very ungrateful, we gave a 16% tip and they said “that’s it?”. They didn’t even deserve a tip, but we still gave them one, and still they were ungrateful. Tips are not mandatory, tips are based off of the service and we were not happy with the service from the beginning to end. We asked for a foot massage and the lady barely even touched my feet, she was just rubbing my leg. Massage? More like a leg rub. Not worth it, the front desk lady is very unprofessional, to be the first person you see walking in, you would think she would dress well and brush her hair, she has way too much attitude. Would not recommend unless you want a leg rub. If you go there, be prepared to go to another massage place to get a massage for the massage you get from this place.

If anyone is looking for affordable massage places in SA I recommend NOT going here. They will not be thankful for your business. Today I witnessed a worker put down a couple for the amount they left as a tip. The couple attempted to give one of the masseuse $10 in cash when the masseuse looked at them very ugly and said “this is it?” To begin with tips are not mandatory, it’s courtesy for the service that was provided. A tip is better than no tip. The understandably upset couple asked politely for the tip back and walked out, as they should for the insane amount of attitude that was being given to them by the worker of WZ Foot Spa. The worker then proceeded to chase the couple out of the spa, then came back in extremely upset going off with two other workers. I understand the hard work they put into giving massages, but if the service fee and a $10 tip minimum isn’t going to satisfy them they should consider increasing their prices. I feel like $10 tip is pretty common at this place since a 60 minute foot massage is $35. The way the workers reacted was extremely shocking. Its safe to say that along with that couple, they lost my boyfriend and I as customers tonight. We were so disgusted we walked out before even getting any services done.

Positive: QualityFoot spa is always amazing. Calming environment. When you enter don’t push door too hard, there is a bell attached to notify staff. Please speak quietly there are others enjoying massage.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityThe massage was the best I’ve had in a long time. They spend a good amount of time on my legs and feet, and a good amt of time my back, arms, chest and legs. The back and chest part was over your clothes but still good. No funny business offered, which is nice. I’ll gladly go back. The only issue is the language barrier, but we managed. The massage was the best I’ve had in a long time. Just had a really nice foot massage here! Included back, neck and shoulders which was a plus. The only reason why I didn’t do 5 stars is because there wasn’t a whole lot of privacy or consideration for having a quiet, peaceful ambiance. The front door opens and shines into the entire studio and people were talking loudly during the massage. All that aside, the quality of the massage was really nice. Thanks guys!

This was the worst massage I’ve had yet. The table I was on was very squeaky. The guy massaging me was shaking me throughout the whole massage. I was not able to relax the whole time. I went to go pay and was asked for a tip. I tipped 18% and the guy said I was cheap and wanted more. I politely said no and gave the 18%. Definitely won’t be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible service. Very unappreciative people. You better be prepared to be screamed at if you tip them less than 16%. I guess they think that You are obligated to tip them. It’s not an obligation I ALREADY PAID MY FEE FOR THEIR SERVICE . Instead of yelling at the customer they should ask their employee to pay them more. Whats up with these people.
