So happy I chose W Salon and Lila as my stylist. I could not be more happy with my cut and color but also the atmosphere of the salon. From start to finish everyone I spoke with was polite and welcoming. Lila was just the best with listening to what I wanted done and executing it perfectly. On top of being a master of her craft, she gave me a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, since I just moved to New York a few weeks ago. I’m so happy that I found a salon that I feel comfortable in as well as providing top-tier services at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Lila and W Salon to anyone in search of a new salon. Can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough positive things about the W Salon! I had a very unfortunate experience at the salon across the street and was treated very poorly, so I made a quick by chance phone call to the W Salon and they went above and beyond for me got me in and treated me like I had the appointment all along never rushed me or made me feel like I was a burden. I cant say enough positive things about this lovely, top-notch salon. I’m from LA and have very high standards when it comes to my hair. I’ve had trouble finding good salons in Upstate NY and am SO grateful that I found W Salon with all the great reviews! I saw Raquel and she did an AMAZING job with my color. She also gave me a gorgeous cut and styled it with groovy, boho waves. She’s a sweetheart, really listens, is super professional and a MASTER at her craft. I just had my first visit at W Salon. I had been going to my hairstylist back home for years and after moving I realized I needed to find a new stylist/salon here in rochester. So after doing some research and reading the great reviews I saw about this Salon I booked an appointment with Raquel. She was amazing and did a fantastic job. I realized that I had never truly been “wowed” after getting my hair done before. I always liked my hair but Raquel took it to a whole new level. Besides doing a great job with the highlights and cut of my hair she was so friendly and held a great conversation. She really took her time and made me feel so relaxed. She also gave me great tips and suggestions for my dry hair that I never thought of before.
