My son and I walked in no one greeted us so we sat down and waited. I am a very patient person when it comes to hair cuts because know they take a while. We sat and waited after the 1st group of people who came and went and then there were people coming in the door and sitting right in the chair when we had been waiting for over 40 mins. This is the 1st shop where I been to where no one acknowledged you and let you know how long the wait was going to be. I guess you have to make an appointment but no one made that clear to me!
