I enjoy a pedicure from time to time. The shop is nice as clean, massage chairs and modern and work well. Staff is friendly and offers a bottled water as soon as you walk in the door. The shop is never over crowded during the lunch hour time frame which is when I tend to go.

I have never left a review for anything before but felt compelled to do so after getting my nails done here. I get my nails done regularly and this was the worst manicure and pedicure i’ve ever had. The toes have polish all around the skin and the nails are jagged. As for my finger nails, the sides of the nails have no polish. I noticed while still in there and the lady then painted another layer of polish, just for me to see the sides are completly polishless. The polish is basically just a rectangle and not filling covering most nails. It looks so odd and terrible.

Probably the worst pedicure ever. Nails had rough edges and polish was all over the skin around my nails and cuticles. I mentioned that it looked messy and she tried to fix it but only made it worse. My daughter got acrylic nails during the same visit and they were thick and uneven. I don’t even know why I paid. Won’t be returning here ever.

NEW OWNERSHIP‼️‼️‼️I have followed Dena from another shop as she now opens her own. Shop is redecorated. Very nice, clean and great staff. Not the old Vys Shop. The best nail techs in Loudoun Co are at this shop. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in from out of town for a mani/pedi for a wedding. Just asked for the basics, but to my delight, the basic includes a paraffin treatment on both hands and feet, and a wonderful massage on legs, feet, arms and hands. Made me wonder what their spa mani/pedi includes. If I lived nearby, I’d be a regular.
