Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value!!!!! I have been going to this location since they opened spending over a hundred dollars for services…welp I complained about the look of my nails the day of the service but had to leave to pick up kids and told the owner I would be back!!! Services which included the length as the tech filed one of my thumb nails shorter then the rest of my nails, the acrylic was so thin at the beginning of my nails it chipped after a day, the texture of my nails was ruff, the polish was thick and the lines for the french was just not it …i also left with nail polish all around my nails …I went back as I complained before I left and the owner offered to change the polish only…ummm customer service just ain’t where it’s at so I won’t be going back spending my hard earned money. Pick and choose who they give service to. I called and was told to come in for my pedicure once I got in 10 minutes later & they told me that it was an hour wait. This is only my second time being here; my first since the remodel. The associate who greeted me was very pleasant and polite. I liked the check in kiosk. I wasn’t sure what each pedicure included, so I selected the basic. After getting in the chair and seeing a services menu, I decided to change to the #2 pedicure. Everything was really clean, which is a big deal to me. Overall, I had a good experience, except for when I was checking out. As I was telling the front desk associate that I got a different pedicure than what I checked in for, another associate came up next to me(not the one who did my service) and spoke over me stating which pedicure I got and how long it took. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or anything. I found it very rude and off putting. Regardless, the young man did a good job, and I tipped him well. I will be back in the future.
