Quick & clean, with tons of color choices. With 7 manicure stations, and 9 pedicure chairs, it seems like there are plenty of seats for everyone, but it can get crowded. You’re better off coming in a salon then trying to book an appointment. Great service, clean instruments, friendly technicians, overall good service, tons of color choices.

Critical: QualitySo I went in today and asked for short nails/French tip. I showed them the picture of exactly what I wanted done. The guy there said “sure no problem, French tip is easy” I said ok. Well I didn’t get anything close to what I wanted. They were trying to charge me $45! I said nope! I am not paying that. I do agree I have to pay something because I did use up their time, so I ended up paying $30. Then I wen to Gilroy nails to see Nataly! And she did an amazing job. Had to pay an additional $32!!! But even when I told the guy at vy-vy nails that I didn’t like them all he said was “next time ask for someone else!” SMH sir it’s my first time here and will be the last!! Ask for someone else next time!!! SMH I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.. if I could I would give negative starts. Kimmy is my favorite nail technician, she is very skilled and friendly. Vy is also very skilled but she is the manager so she is always trying to juggle a million different things at once. Saturday is their most busy day, sometimes they turn people away or tell her to come back later because they are so busy, so make an appointment if this is the only day you have free. I have been a couple times on Saturday and they aren’t able to take the time needed to do a good job. If you go during the week they are able to give he personal attention you desire and they are extremely attentive. Their service is always wonderful though. They are really good at remembering their frequent customers, and they treat their returning customers very well.

I had a bad experience, I got my nails done on a Saturday and went back on a Wednesday letting them know my polish on one nail was coming off and they said it was going to be $30 dollars for one nail !! That’s crazy and they were rude about it !! They lost my business
