I had an appointment for a gel mani with the works- paraffin wax and massage. What I got when I arrived was a gal with a horrible attitude, who was so entirely annoyed and impatient in assisting with a color choice, and did none of the services I had scheduled when I called. I actually felt like I was bothering her. I literally was so low maintenance with a simple question. I was in such good spirits to treat myself, and had such a negative experience I doubt I’ll ever return. I splurge on myself, spare no expense and I tip well. I’ll be sure to patronize elsewhere. Very disappointing.
