I want to say that I have been going here for a couple of months now. I have had amazing experience up until this point. And I understand everyone gets busy and frustrated at different points… But to make 2 appointments and be sat in the back & have walk-ins that came through the front get seated before me… Needless to say I waited 40 minutes & then walked out. I decided to give it 1 more try yesterday. Though I was seated within a few minutes, what I asked for & what I received were 2 different things. Not only that, I was hurt several times and cut twice. I asked her to look at my nails the way they were & to look at a picture of what it was I wanted bc I had gotten it done there a couple weeks prior. I was dismissed & by the end of the appointment I literally jumped up & asked if we were done. Not only was I charged $5 more than what I paid previously, but of course you absolutely have to leave a tip. So 2 previous appointments I had to walk out on & $50 later I never received what I intentionally went in there for & couldn’t believe how bad they looked!

Really liked how nicely they came out and it was very reasonably priced, they were supposed to be joker nails but instead of putting “HA HA…” Kim put stitches and didn’t ask me what it was, but overall cute and she was very sweet.

I believe Tina did my nails. It’s only been a couple days, 6 of my nails too coat peeled off and one of my nails chipped off already! I got dip powder. They also are bumpy. Not pleased at all!

I got a gel manicure…the polish is uneven/lumpy and they didn’t shape my nails very nicely..I LOVE the color I got though. I asked the manicurist to please seal around the nail with polish and he did but then after the manicure was done he filed all of my nails…defeating the purpose of having them sealed…it was $35 so I guess I can’t really complain..but I can’t help but be slightly disappointed
