Love this place. The owner Ana is a boss lady but her staff is ALL amazing at what they do. They are so friendly and if you encourage them to practice their English they will talk to you and most importantly the experience is never disappointing .

The nails just feel chunky and gross. The man started off hiccuping and burping for the first 20 mins. Then he chopped off a chunk of my toe causing me to bleed and left with pain. Then cut me twice more on my hands. This was the most stressful and irritating time spent here. I will never return. Soo upset I didn’t want to cause a scene and chose to pay and just leave as fast as I could. What a waste of my hard earned money!

Update: So I called back, like I was asked to do, and I was basically told that if the nails looked fine then I would be charged to fix them. I am so disappointed that I wasted money here.

If I could leave 0 I would. Not only was this $47 for a FILL IN, but this has been the worst set I ever had. They were uneven, bumpy and overall not shapped correctly. The man who did my nails was on his phone, didn’t want me to use my preferred color, and on top of that gave me tiny cuts on all my fingers. If you want good service go somewhere else. For $47 I expected a lot more.

Well I don’t recommend..service was rushed and mediocre. If you don’t spend a lot of money for your services then you’re belittled. There are no dryers for your feet (because they only encourage no chip) just have to sit in a chair in the front of the store. The lady didn’t come back and check on me, remove the toe separators, or give me oil. Not treated well at all.

Brian is awesome! So funny and entertaining while doing an excellent job on your nails. Also had a pedicure and it felt amazing. Perfect place to pamper my exhausted (and long overdue) feet. Customers and staff alike were easy to chat with and very nice as well. Will definitely return

Critical: Quality, ValueSo I’ve been looking for a new nail shop and figure I’ll book an appointment with this company. Get the guy was great at preparing everyone for their service while the other technicians arrived. Pedicure was awesome I was more concerned with the nails. I wanted a a soak off and a full set once the nail tech arrive she asked “ you with the appt” I said yes she then came over and wanted to see if she could pop off all my nails two of them came with no problem. But when I got to her chair the other ones wasn’t as bad as the two the pop off the should have been filed down or soak as I preferred. The nail tech inform that soaking the nail might make it weak for the new set okay I guess but just popping them off was painful when it came time to do the full set she place fake nails on that were too small for my nail and continue to place the acrylic over I asked for a specific shape and I had to ask her to correct it when she got down squaring them the shop became business and she was trying to meet everyone needs that she didn’t take her time with my nails and I was the one being service now my nails has a lift in them and anything I touch such food etc crumbs go between the fake nail and my real one I booked with Anna but will not be going back. I’m usual a decent tipper but chose not too. Pedicure was awesome I was more concerned with the nails. My cousin went to this nail shop recently and was rudely ignored by a particular manicurist. The one time that he did talk to her was to ask her if she like fried chicken and talking about it with a coworker (my cousin is black). This is unacceptable and perpetuates an ignorant stereotype. The manicurist is a male with long black hair typically worn in a ponytail. This behavior is unprofessional to say the least. They will never get my business again.
