The new management is horrible. They don’t know what they are doing and the pinky pinch for everything. They tried to charge me and extra $2 because I have long hands….I’m only 5’7 and my hands are that long. My acrylic is thick and wide and the polish itself it thick. I’m very very disappointed. Don’t go here is you are expecting 2015 service….it’s not the same.

I came in a couple minutes before closing but They told me they could take me but the man rushed, he Didn’t use the color I asked for, didn’t listen to the length that I wanted, added more rhinestones than I asked to over charge me and ended up cutting my fingers with the file And had the nerve to charge me $65 unapologetically Acrylic nails

I am really disappointed with my nails I had to attend aunt’s funeral out of town on Saturday I went to VT Nails Thursday on the 25th of July in which I come back on the 30th I called and I spoke with a lady named Kim I informed her of how uneven and how lumpy my nails ARE, I also informed her I do have the receipt of which I spent $69 here and I just wanted my nails to be fixed and done as properly as they were paid.
