My pedicurist was polite and attentive and very helpful. They were out of the color I wanted but she showed me a similiar color by painting it on her finger. I’ve tried this place out a handful of times since they opened and it’s always a lot left to be desired. They never greet you when you walk in…they will stare at you until someone or the Asian woman with the tattoos and colorful hair comes out. She’s always rubbed me the wrong way and she did it again yesterday. I paid $60 for a dip powder and polish change for my feet. Nails were already clean and clear so no soak off necessary. I didn’t get a pedicure or manicure and was shocked that it cost that much. When I asked her how much were both services she responded rudely as if she was expecting me to run out of the door. I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t really like her African American customers so I won’t give them another chance ever again. Mind you I had already signed the receipt and tipped. It took 15 mins to The lady that did the polish change was the only pleasant experience. She made small talk and she noticed that my polish seemed lighter than normal. The place looks nice but it’s nasty. They don’t completely clean the foot spas in between use. Everyone knows the jet that makes the water bubble can have residue from the pedicure left in it if not taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. Avoid this place!

I got a pedicure just to see how well they are and if the 4-Star review was actually 4-Star service. I was not impressed. This was my first and last time coming here.The pedicure bowls are filthy. The greeting is horrible for first timers. The massage was trash but want you to pay top dollar for their work.. I can say that they paint toes nice, but I won’t be back. I recommend Relax Nail Spa. I should’ve followed my first mind.

Worse nails I have ever had started breaking as soon as I left almost every nail corner broke off or chipped! Lay over was soo thin So so mad this is the 4th time Iv been to this location and the LAST.
