DO NOT GO HERE. I am never one to write review but I need to share my experience. I arrived at the salon at 1:45 and did not leave until 5. It took someone 30 minutes to get to my pedicure. While the nail tech was doing my nails she answered her phone twice slowing down the process. There was a visible black spot on my pinky toe nail. When I told the nail tech about it instead of removing the polish and starting fresh she tried to scratch it off with a file. When it came to my nails I wanted dip+tips. I asked the front desk if the design I wanted was okay. She ensured me that someone would be able to execute. It is a very simple design that I have gotten done at other salons. It took the nail tech almost two hours and she had to start over multiple times. There is nail polish missing in certain spots and I am very dissatisfied. $130 for over 3 hours of my time. I will not be going back.

This is after 3 days I got a gel mani and pedicure. Will not be returning. Then I go back for them to fix and they looking as if I’m in the wrong after I’ve spent over $100. The entire process was rushed. I think they are racist as well. It’s definitely a no go! Please spend your money elsewhere!! Update: Vo’s nails on Sanderlin is the bomb highly recommend! Those are my nails with the white perfectly done and no chipping 3 days later!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The manager/ lady that runs this location is so unprofessional. I used to be a regular and this is what they did to my nails. When I confronted the manager about my experience she asked “did you get them done here” as if I hadn’t been there for five hours. SHE WAS THE ONE WHO SAT ME DOWN YOU KNOW IVE BEEN HERE. They will have you in there for hours for your nails to come out looking like this… do not recommend this place to ANYONE

I love it there! Best experience I’ve had from any Nail Salon. My nail tech was very sweet! He was totally gentle and had magic hands. I never got his name but I appreciated the way I was treated. (He was pretty cute ). I seriously reccomend going here. The inside is so beautiful. This place is a hidden gem. For sure coming back here.

This is a 2nd favorite place next 2 K Nails. I didn’t feel like driving so far and a good friend recommended this place. Jordan provided me service. I was initially going for a fill in but he was observant and noticed the job I had done from another nail shop was sub-par….You can really tell Jordan values and takes pride in his work. He looked at angles while doing my nails; I didn’t have to ask him to check for me. He was very precise in his painting, shaping, and filing. I will happily return and recommend him!

This place has gone so down hill. I got the worst gel manicure in my entire life a few weeks ago. I mean it when I say my 7 year old daughter could have done it better. A young male did my nails and was coughing on me the entire time. He was noticeable sick and kept feeling his forehead like he was checking for a fever! He acted like he had never even done a gel manicure before, forgetting numerous steps. He also spilled acetone on my clothes TWICE. He never soaked my cuticles so he ripped them off to the point that several of my fingers were bleeding. I can’t believe I even allowed him to finish the service. Two days later, the polish was lifting on EVERY single one of my nails to the point I had to pay another salon to soak them off. Will absolutely never go back here.

The place is nicely appointed and the three of us had high expectations. We had appointments and still waited 1/2 hour to get started. Not a big deal-we were fine waiting, actually. The problem was that the regular manicures totally peeled off after 2 days. I have never seen that before! There seems to be a problem with the base coats they use or with the application, itself. We were disappointed since we were going to an event on day 3!

Paid $170 for a set of dip and a set of acrylics. The $90 acrylic set began lifting immediately, with very little pressure the pinky and middle finger lifted completely within 24 hours. The only perk is that the service it’s self was fast Acrylic nails, Nail designs

There was no option for no star review. I just left and looked at my receipt and they charged $5 for taking off my polish!!! That is so dumb. They will NEVET EVER have my business again. I do not recommend going there. They are very rough and don’t ask you anything and don’t talk to communicate with you they yank you hands and feet! Do not ever go there! 0 star review in my opinion!
