I called the salon in a panic this afternoon because my three-year old got into some weeds and her hair was completely covered in burrs. It was so bad. I thought we were going to have to cut all her hair off!! The sweet receptionist told me to come right in (even though they were totally booked), and Katie got to work. Not only did miracle-worker Katie get all the burrs out of my daughter’s hair, she was so gentle and gave my girl the cutest haircut. My entire experience was so wonderful from start to finish. I REALLY appreciate everyone that helped us today. What a lovely, lovely place!!! Thank you so much for saving my little girl’s hair!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I would give 0 if possible. Made an appointment online, which was confirmed via email I even sent a that you email confirming I was going to be there. As I was parking my car, I received a phone call 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment telling me my appointment was canceled. I was then put on hold and was on hold until finished parking my car and walked in. They told me there was no way I could get it. I was pretty upset. They did offer a 10% discount on a future service… you can get a better deal in Groupon. There are a lot of spa/ salons in Sewickley who do not cancel your appointment so I would avoid this place.
