I walked in for white and Pink ombre nails. I told the tech that I would like some Gold blended in to match my white and Gold previous pedicure. She showed me some gold like glitter. I said it’s pretty but I’m not sure how it’s going to look. It was very pretty after application but turned out to be more bronze. I decided not to complain and instead adjusted the color for the rest of my nails to blend in with the bronze, and to make things easier for her. But AS SOON as I explained that I was switching to another color the techs attitude became so sour and so rude. As a paying client and the person whose wearing the nails, I should be able to adjust things to my liking when the techs idea doesn’t look how I desire, without receiving an attitude in return. I was being very accommodating and polite for nothing. I could have been rude as well. She only listened when I became more aggressive and I don’t think that’s necessary. She did a great job at making my nails feels natural and not bulky. So if she had a better attitude, it would have been a great experience, even with the mishaps. The low review and tip was based upon negative attitude not nails. I understand language barriers can be challenging but with patience on both ends everybody can leave the situation happy.

Do not go here!! They will screw up your nails! My nails were completely shaved down to paper thin! She knew she made a mistake and then continued to say that it’s normal! 10 years of having dip powder on my nails and somehow she completely screwed my nails up in 30 minutes. Look at the pictures. I bawled when I saw my nails and how disgusting they looked!

I had an excellent experience here for my first time. They were welcoming and even offered drinks. Cindy also did an AMAZING job on my nails. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she got it down to a T. I will definitely be coming back again! Acrylic nails

Hands down my most favorite nail salon I’ve EVER been to. I always have a great time with the nails tech who are a hoot n a half while they work their magic. Both sets I’ve gotten were the most beautiful ones I’ve ever had and the first set lasted a whole month without any chips, fading, or lifting. The florals are my second set and I am OBSESSED.

VS Nails & Spa is absolutely amazing!! I recently found this place a couple months ago and so glad I did. Cindy does an amazing job on my nails; she’s very detailed oriented with making sure your nails are just the way you want them. I’ve also never had a nail lift once they’ve grown out a little bit. They also recently got a new website and you can book an appointment online which is extremely convenient. You won’t regret giving VS Nails & Spa a try!!

I received services here on 3/2/2022, as of today this is the results of my nails. Typically dip powder would last me 3-4 weeks. After day one of getting nails done they were chipping. This morning I woke with the whole polish off one of my nails. I’m currently out of town so I would have to have another place complete my nail service but I will not be returning. This was a new place for me because I just moved to the area.

Best salon I’ve been to. Gorgeous place, and most importantly really FUN and talented staff! Cindy and the team were so fun, great conversation, great nail advice. The other ladies getting their nails done have been going there for years and you can tell everyone feels like family. I went in with a plan for my nails then saw Cindy’s and asked for the exact same thing. She did it, best and prettiest manicure I’ve had in years. They’ve made a regular!

The customer service was really good! I’m just really disappointed in my end result. I’m not familiar with the different kinds of full sets, but halfway through the manager realized I was getting dipped color instead of gel. I was okay with that, but the end result wasn’t the greatest. My natural nails also weren’t trimmed or filed before placing the tip. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

I was excited to try this place because of all the positive/great reviews. I made an appt for a nexgen set and unfortunately my nails just look terrible. They’re bumpy and uneven, none of them are the same shape or length, and they are VERY thick. My nail tech was really nice and it didn’t seem that she was rushing but I guess she was having an off day.
