I had a fantastic experience at V’s! Tina did an incredible job on my nails after I was really unhappy with a previous experience elsewhere. She made great recommendations on what she felt I would like and this is the first time I’ve had my nails done without being sore afterwards. The only “complaint” I have had absolutely nothing to do with the business itself- the parking downtown sucks so come early in case finding a spot is difficult!

i personally got a fill for my nails. me and my friend both went in at the same time, and one lady worked on both of us at the same time when she could have told us that waiting for another person to get done to start us separately. She rushed with both of our nails and cut is while doing it. May I mind you for her to do us both it took over 2 hours. also, the tv had some disturbing animal killings while getting our nails done. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.

There was one lady working on me and my friends nails simultaneously so she was never fully focused on my nails. There was disturbing entertainment on the t.v. and the lady was very rough with my nails. She layered on the acrylic too thick and filed my nails raw. At the end, she charged me way too much for what she did. I highly do not recommend this place.

I went here for a dip manicure as a walk in. I’d been told by a coworker to try this place because they have had good experiences. They cut my nails and I wanted a round shape but none of my nails are the same shape, and the dip was left all over my fingers. The person doing my nails kept scrubbing at the dip trying to get the extra off my skin but couldn’t get it off. When I asked about it, she told me to go home and shower and it would come off. I’ve never had this happen with dip anywhere else, and it didn’t come off in the shower. Not very happy with paying $50 for misshapen nails and dip all over my fingers.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI went last school year and it was the worst experience in a nail salon in my life. I was getting a simple dip nail, and it took almost two hours (I literally had to tell her to hurry up because I had a class to go to…). I was the only customer in the store, and she would just up and leave for 5-10 minutes at a time. But the time wasn’t the worst part, I counted about 6-10 (bleeding!) cuts on my cuticles and the skin around my nails – none of which were treated with ointment or even noticed by the tech. The worst one being on my ring finger from her digging her own nail into the space between my nail and the nail bed – it hurt so bad I was tearing up. Even worse, when I looked at the nails she was digging into my open wound, I saw dirt caked underneath. When I got up to pay, she literally shoved me to the side, and then had the audacity to ask me to tip her. I 100% do not recommend even trying this place. Had my nails done by Tina. My nail service was so so. Not the best spot for nails/designs or gel. After about 10 or so coats of gel the sides of my nails were still slightly un smooth. I had nail designs which consisted of two colors on one of the nails she messed up and kept going and sealed in the gel. Not to mention she was kind of plushie and forceful while doing my set. She also stopped several times and left. The appointment took about 2 hours for a gel fill and 2 simple designs. Anna did decent on my daughter’s nails. I think their possibl best services are mani-pedis and eyelashes if you feel like taking the chance…

Very please with how my nails turned out! Dip nails cost $35. Would have given five stars, but customer service could have been better – felt very rushed to pick a color, difficult to communicate with, and pressured into giving your phone number/email at checkout.
