My sisters family has been going to this barbershop for a year now especially for back to school but this time my nephew went and had Brittany do his hair. Unfortunately, the cut did not come out good and although she is very nice it just looked terrible. He came back home and was so upset that he didn’t want to go to school the next day so I called the barbershop back to see if they could fix it and the next appt wasn’t until 5 days later on Saturday in the am. My nephew was refusing to go to school so I decided to take him to another place to get it fixed ASAP. I called Vs to see if I could get a refund since they messed up his hair. The owner called me back and was completely rude and unhelpful about the matter. I understand if a small buisness does not and can not offer a refund but I expected at least an apology or ownership to what his stylist did.

Came in on vacation and needed a quick cleanup to let me through the holidays and definitely before returning to work. Danny absolutely blew me away with how good of a job he did on my box style fade, lineup, and straight razor shave. And the price for all of that was EXCEPTIONALLY reasonable. 5/5 stars will definitely be saving this location as a future destination anytime im back in the area!

I usually get my haircut by Diana, however, she wasn’t available today. So, I made an appointment with Daniel instead. I asked for a fade and he seemed to understand what that was. During the time he was cutting my hair, it was really concerning. It felt like he was randomly selecting areas to cut off my hair and wasn’t confident in what he was doing. After a while, it was honestly becoming unbearable. The way he cuts hair just doesn’t feel good on your scalp and I’m not one to complain about this sort of thing. I noticed every guy that walked in after me was finishing up. I sat there for an hour and tried to patiently hope he knew what he was doing. Needless to say, he failed at giving me the fade I’d asked for, and cut a lot off the top. Worse yet, he didn’t evenly cut my hair. It was awful and not like any experience I ever had at Vs before. I was upset about it and Delbert was kind enough to offer to fix it. It was because of Delbert that my experience changed but I won’t ever go back to Daniel.
