In 1999, V’s Barbershop & Shoeshine opened its first location in Phoenix, Arizona and the great old-time barbershop was reborn. We are excited to be in Oklahoma City to offer a great barbershop experience. From the real barber chairs to the old-fashioned hot lather and straightedge shave, to the facial and face massage, V’s Barbershop sets a new standard. Our barbers provide traditional and short hair cuts and contemporary men’s hairstyles.

After my appointment was canceled unprofessionally by another/separate barbershop, I looked up another place near my house. I found V’s barbershop at the watermark and was not disappointed in the slightest. They booked me within 2 hours and I got Cesar. He is beyond professional, friendly, and efficient. I’ve had my hair faded by other shops before but they took 1 hour to nearly 2 sometimes which was too long in opinion. Cesar is quick and detail oriented all in one. When I leave his chair i am more than happy with my cut and have a boost in confidence. He really pays attention to what I want and doesn’t assume I’m getting the same as last time. I’ve been booking with him ever since, and will forever be a repeat customer. The shop is always so clean and everyone is very nice, they don’t just stare at you like you don’t belong. Some shops I’ve been too have a lot of inner circle customers which is great but they tend to make me feel uncomfortable. This place is far from that, everyone is there to make sure you get the best service and feel welcomed. If you need a new shop for all your hair needs, look no further. Especially for back to school season. And if he’s available, get my boy Cesar.

Went here for about a year before moving to Ohio. Big Surge consistently gave me some of the best fades I’ve had and is an all-around good dude. This place is pretty laid back and the other barbers here were always cool and welcoming. Definitely recommend V’s!

I’ve been coming to this barbershop since May of 2021. I’ve probably been here 5 or 6 times. The first few times I came here, I would’ve given 5 stars. However, the last 2 visits have been awful experiences and at this point, I wouldn’t recommend this barbershop anymore. I’ve been going to barbershops for years and every barber has always used a straight edge razor to fix around the ears and the back of my neck without me even needing to ask for it. That’s the reason I even go to a barbershop! The first few times here, they were doing that. My 2nd most recent visit, the man who cut my hair didn’t use a straight edge razor at all and made me very uncomfortable in the chair. He spoke about the women passing by the shop and it was just very unnecessary. My most recent visit, today, was just a really bad haircut. I didn’t notice it in the shop because the mirror isn’t too close to the chairs. But I asked for a 5 on the sides and back of my head and it’s the choppiest job I’ve ever seen. One side of my head has significantly less hair than the other side. There’s no consistency on either side of my head, with some hairs being short and some being long. Making this big a mistake with a shaving guard is unacceptable. The barber did use a razor on the back of my neck but not my ears. She used an electric razor but did a mediocre job. For $30 + tip, my money could be better spent elsewhere. Very bummed.

I was a first time walk in customer. I have liked V’s but this was a much better, more thorough and thoughtful haircut then usual. My wife hates my haircuts but she loved this one. Unfortunately, I may need to come back even though the location is not convenient. Sergio did a fantastic job. I don’t think I tipped him enough. Haircut
