Huge disappointment. If I could give negative stars I would. John is rude and old fashioned. Closed minded. I will now be supporting my own kind. After 10+ years, I will never support this business again due to horrible customer service from John the owner. My services wasn’t completed because I asked for an extra layer of polish due to the color of choice was soft and he didn’t want too as he stated. I offered additional money to fulfill my wants and he ignored me and told me he was done. The place could use some dusting and cleaning as well. Unfortunately as much as I love Mary for my eyebrows I felt so ripped off today I won’t be returning. They’ve gotten comfortable and not even noticing that we have other options to support entrepreneurs that’s way better. The disrespect the owner gave me made me so furious after having a conversation with me about the prom nails he did for me in high school…. I’m 30 now. This visit was it for me! It drew the line! and I patiently waited 2 hours just to experience this horrible experience.

Horrible horrible service!! The $30 pedicure they did, I could have done that myself. Plain water, some oil and a plastic pad on my feet…. the guy got more of a thrill than me. Pedicure

Entered the place and informed that I wanted to a pedicure, was told to sit down in the chair only to wait an hour and have others serviced before me. Service was done in short time for a pedicure and done sloppy! They started talking in their native language because I asked the worker to do the job correctly. She got an attitude started to paint my skin instead of toes! Never will return or recommend!

I proceeded to go to this nail shop , when I walked in , the man sitting at the desk what he could help me with I told a full set as soon as I did he sat me down & took me immediately. As he was doing my nails John made sure he asked if the were good to my perfection & carried on a conversation with me. At the end I got my eyebrows done as well again I didn’t have to wait when I sat down the woman doing my eyebrows complemented me & called me beautiful. I recommend this place 10-10. They had great costumer service & no wait. Very rude. I will never go back. 2nd time I visited I was yelled at and told to go sit back down and wait again because I took too long finding what color I wanted. They really don’t care about customer service or building a clientele. At least they act like they don’t. Manicure
