I wish I could give Nelly and Voyage de Splendeur more than five stars!! She, hands down, provided the best facial I have ever gotten, and she is an absolute skincare magician! She created such a personal, relaxing, and educational experience. She gave me excellent tips on how I could improve my daily skincare routine and helped me better understand some of the issues I’d been having prior to seeing her. One thing I really appreciated about my first visit was that Nelly gave me recommendations for more affordable skincare products. As a grad student, I don’t have the biggest budget for skincare items. She was very conscious of that and gave excellent recommendations. I cannot thank her enough and can’t wait to see how my skin looks in a few weeks using her suggestions. Thank you, Nelly!!!

I loved with my facial experience with Nelly! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and talented but she is soooo sweet. She addressed my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. I have been seeing Nelly regularly for facials for several years, and my skin has never looked better! I often receive compliments from friends and have referred many to Nelly who have become regular clients as well! Nelly is so knowledgeable and is always bringing new techniques to the table. She educates me about how to take care of my skin between visits, and introduces me to products that will help. She has totally changed the way I approach skin care. I had my first visit with Nelly and she is amazing! We discussed my skin in detail and my concerns. She came up with a facial specifically tailored to my skin’s needs. She also helped me add to my daily skin care regimen to better maintain my skin. She sells a skin care regimen and gave me ideas of products that would be good for my skin but she was never pushing me to purchase anything from her. All in all it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to see her again!!

Nelly is amazing! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by having facials by Nelly. She went above and beyond by providing us some cheese, crackers, pastries, mimosas etc. Nelly also did a great job on our facials. My husbands skin looked amazing and so did mine. I have very sensitive skin and she took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions, and kept making sure each product was ok on my skin before proceeding. Nelly is very knowledgeable and friendly!! We will be back to see her!

I have never had a facial before, so going into my appointment with Nelly I didn’t really know what to expect. I had an exceptional experience and want to share. First, Nelly spent a lot of time getting to understand my skincare routine and talking through my concerns. When I say a lot of time I mean 20 minutes or so. This was time she just gave and did not reduce my treatment time. I was shocked at the care and detail she put into this consult with me. Nelly started my treatment and talked me through everything she did and explained things along the way. At the end of the treatment she provided me with her recommendations and offered to look at what I already have at home and how I can work that in. I have been discouraged with my skin for a while, tried many many many products and I finally feel hopeful I am on the right track with Nelly. I definitely feel that she is my partner in skincare and I’m so grateful to have met her!
