A few months ago I started going here regularly to see Sally. She did such an awesome job. I called earlier this week to schedule an appointment with sally which they said ok. I show up today and sally is not there and I didn’t recognize anyone working there. There was a very kind gentleman who started doing my pedicure but was awful. I had to ask him to fix my toe polish after he walked away and blatantly saw that HE smudged my polish and thought I wouldn’t notice. The same gentleman did my gel manicure which was even worse. I asked him twice to fix the shape of my nails and each time it was worse. I took the nail file and fixed it myself as best as I could. I feel like he didn’t even care to work my cuticles. The polish is the worst part. He didn’t cover my entire nail bed and left polish on my cuticles/ skin. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

THEY ARR AMAZING! They will be my permanent nail technicians. I got my nails done earlier that day and hated them. No confidence within myself. I wanted an ombre with a different color on each nail. I found these wonderful people on Google and headed over. My nail tech was ERIC and he turned a tragedy into a masterpiece. My confidence was back just by him shaping the nail. I wanted pastel colors. SOFIA wasn’t my nail tech, but she took the time to custom make my colors ERIC & SOFIA thank you so much!❤

Critical: Quality, ValueI came in as a walk-in and the place was basically empty so I was able to get started right away. Even though no one was there and very few people came in while I was getting my nails done, it seemed like he was rushing to finish them. My cuticles were not touched at all which is surprising as they are always done when I get my nails done elsewhere. A fair amount of acrylic got under my nail and was never removed. He never took breaks in between to ask if I liked them except when asking about the length. The nails on my middle fingers looked awfully crooked. I had just gotten my nails done but it already looks like I need a fill-in. There are air bubbles in the gel polish and the acrylic on my ring finger was sanded down to where it looks dented. It is definitely not worth the price I paid + tip. When getting the lotion massage at the end, his hands were awfully rough and left my hands very red as the massage was painful. Even though no one was there and very few people came in while I was getting my nails done, it seemed like he was rushing to finish them. Never will I ever return back…. I went and got a gel pedicure, dip, and my daughter got tips. They had the prices listed and the guy over charged me. He said the prices are wrong. That they went up. Okay I understand you upping your prices but if you have the prices listed and didn’t tell me that until after my services are done. That’s a problem. Very unprofessional !!! Also before I got my pedicure we matched a gel color up to the dip color. After I changed my color once so it was easier to match… go to do my dip and it’s the wrong color. They labeled it wrong. Then the guy tried to argue with me. Until he dipped a fake nail in there… he shut up real quick after that. On top of all that, I’m so not happy with my over charged nails… they rushed, the top coat to the dip is bumpy and I hate the color.

The beginning portion was fine. The nail part (the important part) was not. They didn’t file my toenails appropriately nor do they paint your whole nails. The paint was globbed on the center portion of the nail and I had to ask them to paint the rest of the nail. So when she went back to redo it there were so many layers of paint on the center. She eventually removed the paint and did it again, but the second attempt looked just as bad as the first. One nail barely has paint on it but it’s all over my skin. I had to remove the polish the next day because it’s too embarrassing for anyone to see my feet.

I decided to try this place because it’s close to my house, and I LOVE it. They do a great job. They are upfront with their prices. They always tell you how much something is before they do it. The lady Son does my nails, call and make an appointment! They also do great pedicures.

Did a mommy and daughter, mani/pedi experience here. Absolutely loved it. Appointments were required so not too many people were there all at once. Techs were very organized and efficient. Masks were required. Prices on average, were on the higher side, but not unusual for that area. Definitely worth it.

I won’t ever cone to that nail shop again!!!! The lady that was supposed to do my nails didn’t know what she was doing she cut all my real nails off so short and then she wanted to keep on cutting my nails but there were no more nails to cut I had to stop her from cutting them she was supposed to be taken the tips off and putting a new full set on but she didn’t know how to take the tips off so she keep on cutting my real nail down I told her to stop cutting my nails then she said she had to call the manager and she was on the phone with her then she told me that she couldn’t do my nails after she got done chopping the all off then she said I had to wait for the manager to come in and fix my nails and she said she doesn’t know when she will be coming in so I left the salon and I won’t ever be coming back..If you don’t know how to do nails you shouldn’t be touching any one NAILS!!!
