This is the second time that they overcharged my credit card by $10. I went in to talk to them and they said that after you pay the amount that they gave you and give a tip THEN later on they add on tax ($5.00) and a fee (4.00) for using your credit card. How can they charge you one price that you sign for and afterwards tack on an additional amount without showing that to you in your receipt? SCAM! They told me that is how everyone does it and I left with no resolve. I’ll go somewhere else that actually knows how to run a business.

Their attention to detail and their customer service makes this salon special and stand out from the rest! I know recently that this salon changed management and they successfully upgraded a great salon into an outstanding one! They always do a beautiful job on my nails. I have gotten both regular polish and gel polish, as well as designs, and they all last for a long time and look amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on them! I can tell that this salon will continue to perfect and enhance their services. Excellent experience! This was the best manicure and pedicure that I have ever received! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. It’s not about paying sales tax. It’s about not including the tax and fees in your initial charge and changing the amount after the transaction is complete. Your client is agreeing to pay the amount that they signed for, not a cent more.

They rushed through a gel manicure while I was sitting n the chair getting an overpriced organic pedicure. The foot massage was great but the nail technician came over and did a gel manicure at the same time doing the pedicure. Poor Value, professionalism, and quality all of it poor. I had the regular pedicure for $30. The man barely scrubbed my heels. When I asked if he could scrub more, he said no. My heels don’t look or feel any different. He asked to get paid. Then he stood next to me until I gave him a tip. I do not recommend Vogue.

I would give them less than one star if possible. First off the day I came I asked for acrylic fill because that’s what I always get at other salons but they said they don’t do acrylic but they do gel powder which is “better” so that’s ok I get my set taken off so they can do a gel powder set which costs 45$. Ok they came out pretty and I left a good tip. So 3 days later one nail breaks but it’s ok because they have a free fix policy the thing is it broke while I was typing on a keyboard which would never have happened with acrylic. So I get my nail fixed for free ok great. Then the next day I wake up and the gel polish on another nail is chipping off, so this is 4 days in but it’s ok it’s alost Xmas I’ll just wait to go to a better salon and get them fixed next time. Well day 6 comes around and another nail breaks clear off as I get into my car and my nail taps the steering wheel. The product is obviously low low quality. But only 3 days till Xmas so I will just get them fixed so I call the salon immediately for the free fix to let them know I’m on my way. When I arrive they tell me they just had 3 walk ins before me so I tell them I called ahead I didn’t walk in it’s gonna take 2 mins to fix one nail and put some extra polish on the chipped one. 30 mins, ok so I leave and come back in 30 and now I have been sitting here for 20 more minuets waiting. Worst service and quality I have ever experienced at a nail salon. I can not wait to get them all off and go back to acrylic. -3 stars.

I got a gel manicure today. The whole time it felt as though I was an inconvenience to the nail technician and he seemed to be rushing through the process. He also hardly said anything to me the entire time. The color I got is not as dark as it was supposed to be, but another coat probably would have helped. However, he didnt ask me or show me the color before applying the top coat. The edges also could be much neater. I won’t be returning to this salon.

I just got a gel manicure, the nail tech was very rough trying to move quickly. My nails are shaped poorly and the polish is so bumpy I would not recommend this salon at all.
