Went with a girlfriend to have a mani pedi. The 2 men working were very friendly. One did my pedi. A young lady did my manicure and it was less than pleasant. She did a very fast sloppy job. I had a picture of what i wanted. Pink and black ombre.

Service needs improvement. Everyone is friendly, but I don’t know how they book appointments. I had an appointment and it was going ok for about the first 10 minutes until a lot of people started coming in. Then everything went downhill. Left in the middle of my pedicure to start someone else and left the hot towel on my legs so long it was freezing and I had to ask someone to remove it. Meanwhile, my technician is still working on the other person and almost finished the pedicure before returning to finish mine and when she returned she was rushing, so I will not be back.

Staff very nice and very polite and considerate I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails and I made a appointment three days prior and so I went in they sat me down and everything was going good but afterwards like 6 piper walk in with no appointments and they get started in then so I am sitting there waiting for too long and took me a hour and 45 min to do my nails when it could of took less that a hour but the walk in had to coke first priority
