I thoroughly enjoyed my walk-in experience!!! Professional, friendly, and excellent customer service. Each station was clean, the space is well thought out, with plenty of space for customers receiving different services and separate spaces for manicures and pedicures. Went and got my nails done and left feeling ok I guess the only thing to complain about really at that time was that 2 nails were pretty crooked as you can see in the photo but the color was really nice so I didn’t really want to complain the price was pretty steep though at $75 but I liked the design so I didn’t mind much, within 2 days one of the nails was falling off so I called to get it repaired and came in, once I arrived 2 workers started talking about me right in front of me and it just didn’t sit right with me and it was very embarrassing in a room full of people that were then all looking at me, so I said I’d just get some nail glue and fix it myself no worries and left. I think it’s pretty hurtful to talk about someone who paid that amount of money and was kind and understanding I even apologized multiple times for asking it to be fixed because I didn’t want to inconvenience then at all . I most likely will never go back here.

I had a strange experience here. The owner, a man, came off a bit unkind to say the least. Let me put it this way, if I was the owner of the salon I wouldn’t have talked to a customer the way he talked to me..and this is coming from a completely neutral objective observation. The energy was a bit off! Also, I didn’t care to tip him much because of this so I went over to hand the lady that was actually kind cash and then he asked her what I handed her, I suspect to evenly split up the tip. Not what I wanted!
