Critical: ProfessionalismI personally attempted to get a hair appointment scheduled and was told that a hair stylist would contact me shortly after my admittedly late call time when they were closing lastnight. Nobody called me lastnight.I was told by Voni that someone would call me and I noticed a missed call at 9:09 am this morning. I have Multiple Sclerosis and it takes me a little bit to get out of bed in the morning. But nobody left a message on my voicemail or anything. I honestly had NO way of knowing if the number that called my phone was the hairstylist.I thought that was very unprofessional.
