I called wanting my hair shampooed, thinned out and trimmed. I had not washed my hair because I knew I was going since I had an appointment. My hair was greasy and in a pony tail over night. Once I got there I took it out of the pony tail it was lumpy where it has been in the pony tail all night and like I said greasy. I even said I am so glad to be here my hair is so greasy and I’m glad I don’t have to wash and fix it. She started, I’m assuming thinning it out first without washing. I thought maybe this is normal? She then handed me a mirror and asked me what I thought. I realized she was done and it literally looked like I had greasy hair that I just took out of a pony tail. I couldn’t hide my shocked face and so I said it’s very lumpy. She then straightened my hair. I thought about saying something about how she didn’t wash my hair but I wanted out of there. I then went to smart styles at Walmart to get them to wash my hair and style it for me. They said where my hair was kinda curly and had the pony tail lump(don’t know how else to explain it) that she cut it very uneven and I had to get more of my hair cut off. It was very odd experience. I gave 3 stars just to be nice.

Not very friendly. I called one day during the day to ask about getting my brows done after work. They said as long as I was able to be there by 5, it would be fine. I got there about 4:45 and walked in, they didn’t acknowledge I walked in or even look my way. I sat down for a minute, waited for just a few minutes and then left. They were probably just trying to wait on the customer’s they had, but I was definitely not impressed and being new to the area, went to a different salon the next day and had a much better experience. Will not be back.
