Had an appointment set for one time received a call to change the time and I did. Went to the appointment early waited to receive a call saying appointment was canceled. Rescheduled appointment. Went to appointment for the same thing to happen. Going out of time so I really needed my hair done. Took time off work both times to get hair done all for it to be canceled. I understand things come up but two weeks in a row and I also accommodated to times that best suited the stylist. I have been here before and the place is great but I am highly disappointed.

I had my haircut and Brazilian blowout with Ms. Becky and I truly loved the results. I have thick and frizzy hair; dry and flaky scalp but she was very patient and did everything with care. My hair felt so amazing after. For my haircut, I showed her what style I wanted and she was able to do it really well. I left the salon feeling pampered, refreshed and happy. I will definitely come back for future hair treatments and haircuts. Thanks, Ms. Becky!

The people were amazing super friendly. But I ask for light brown hair coloring and came out with black. Looks so bad, when I said something she said I would have to pay to get highlight, so I paid for something I hate and have to live with. Oh well just hair.

My first time here and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. Kayla was awesome!!! She cut and colored my hair perfectly. She even put streaks in my 15 yr old sons hair and he loves it. Will definitely be back to see her.

Even with my small amount of lashes she was able to lift them brows were shaped and tint exactly as I wanted them. Very happy. Becky did a PHENOMENAL job of two-tone coloring my hair VERY bright red ontop and black underneath!! If I can figure out how to post photos with this review I’ll upload them lol. Becky has my before and after pics and YALL! When I say it’s the best hair experience I’ve ever had I’m *NOT* exaggerating, not even a tiny bit! Usually hair dressers will tell you “oh thats too bright red” or “oh, that would look terrible on you” HOWEVER that was not my experience today! NOPE! It was nothing but sunshine and rainbows at today’s visit folks! I STRONGLY RECCOMEND Becky and Kayla for yall’s appointments!!As well as my own hair, I brought my 7 year old in with me and she got a little bit of darker (ish lol) red done in her hair on the bottom layer and Kayla (my child’s hair dresser) NAILED IT!!!! My daughter went into Walmart immediately after having her hair colored (for the very first time might I add, and Kayla was a rockstar for handling my kid the way she did lol. She was so friendly!) And my kid showed her hair to every single person she passed in the store (I even had a lady walk up behind me and ask me where I got my hair done because she loved the red so much) lol! Kayla was polite and all smiles and talked to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable the whole way through the visit. She was considerate of my child’s feelings and how hard or light she was brushing/combing my kid’s hair, and she never once made my mommabear attitude come out…which I can’t tell you how flipping much I appreciate that lol. I’m telling you what folks, there is a reason why this salon has basically no bad reviews on Google.It’s because they are genuinely incredible, and I will absolutely be returning! 5 stars isn’t enough. I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. Natalie and her team are AMAZING! She listens, takes her time, is patient and professional. She has a playroom for the kiddos to go to so mom and/or dad can get a cut while kids are safely entertained. Everyone is welcome – guys/gals, young/mature – there is a stylist there to meet your needs. Children with special needs are served with a tender touch!
