The other stylists were extremely welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in helping Lauren to ensure I left with the best result. I already scheduled my next appointment and can’t wait to go back!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! Absolutely horrid service. Stylist colored my roots and turned them to ash instead of the golden blonde they should have been. When I returned the stylist offered to put a neutral color on to take out some of the ash. It still would not be the warm golden blonde. I asked for my money back but the owner refused.

I would not recommend this salon for women with curly hair. The pictures they have online are mostly of women with straight hair. I called ahead and mentioned that I wanted someone who can cut curly hair because I was nervous. They told me with confidence that I would be well taken care of. Unfortunately, the cut I was given looks nothing like the picture I showed my stylist. I asked her to attempt to make it closer to the picture because she thinned it out so much that my hair had barely any volume or shape, which was the entire reason I went in to get it cut. She took maybe an inch off the bottom and said she thought it looked good. I was very uncomfortable saying anything more but I was not really happy with it. I felt rushed to the front desk to pay and then I was charged $50 for a long cut instead of $35 for the shorti cut, even though my hair is neck length. That would have been fine if it actually looked like the cut I showed her. I now have to wait for it to grow out because the layers are so short, nothing can be done to fix it. So disappointing =(

Completely, utterly, totally obsessed with my new haircut. The owner, Andy, was very warm and welcoming and Stephanie did a great job of listening to what I wanted and making my hair beautiful! Clients were spaced out, masks were worn, hand sanitizer was available. I felt very safe. Thank you Volume Salon!
