I used Volume Hair and Lash Co. for the hair and makeup for my wedding on July 18th and am very happy with how everything turned out! Both Megans did a great job on the hair and makeup. Brittney was able to fix coloring that had been butchered at another salon and fix it in a timely manner! When she was finished it looked beautiful and blended perfectly! If you are considering a salon in the area I HIGHLY recommend going here. We drive 30 minutes to go here and it’s worth it because no one else in the area can compete with the skill they have with color and cut. Highly recommend Brittney Bodwell! All the staff were professional, courteous, and skilled. Brittney was able to fix coloring that had been butchered at another salon and fix it in a timely manner! When she was finished it looked beautiful and blended perfectly! If you are considering a salon in the area I HIGHLY recommend going here. Lashes do not take care of themselves first off, and you have to get them touched up every 2-3weeks! As far as the “talking about other employees” I was also here and that’s not what happened at all! They were stating a complaint about someone in here who wasn’t a employee! I have been coming here for years! This is the best salon around as far as quality, professionalism, and costumer service! Megan the owner has taken me from black, to bleach blonde, and to red, back to black, back to blonde and my hair is always BEAUTIFUL! My lashes are always PERFECT! I get more components then anything! Take care of your lashes and don’t expect them to take care of you ❤️! As far as “loud” this is a full salon not only a lash salon! There will always be clients and if that doesn’t work for you, that’s understandable but you should find another salon that only does lashes instead of taking time out of your day to bash someone who was so kind to you. As far as the “talking about other employees” I was also here and that’s not what happened at all! They were stating a complaint about someone in here who wasn’t a employee! It was dead and in desperate need of some magic and Megan delivered! Environment was laid back and I felt safe (we wore masks) for the entirety of my appointment. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy lashes look like I did them myself. They are flipping all kinds of directions. I can see the glue. Don’t go here for lashes. Making comments about your co-workers in front of your client is not professional.
