The massage I received was amazing. There was a great combination of massaging and stretching. I really like how she transitioned from massaging to stretching. I had a problem with the ulna nerve in my right arm. She was able to loosen up the surrounding muscles to ease the pain from the area in my elbow. Pain is not completely gone but it hurts a lot less now then before. Can’t wait for my next 90 min session.
