My mom of 88 years old got her hair cut by Caroline. She liked her cut but said, ” Boy she was unfriendly, rough and pricey. ” I had an appointment with Caroline on the books and got this text from her, “Unfortunately, I have realized I just can not accommodate anymore appts at this time. My clientele list is too long to be able to properly provide service to those who have booking regular appts for years. I appreciate your interest in booking but I would have to suggest finding someone who would be better able to serve you at this time. ” This upset me because this is not the first time she had treated me this way. I used to be a customer of hers when she own Salon C. I called to schedule an appointment for a perm and never got a return call, so I texted her an never got a response. Of course l never went back. I am a good customer and always tipped very well. No one deserves to be treated this way. To me this is just very un professional. I am happy that she is doing so well she can afford to treat folks this way. Again I will take my business somewhere else.
