I had a great experience at Volo’s! I have always been very picky about my hair, so it took me forever to find someone in Colorado (after moving from Florida) who I thought I could trust. Diana was amazing! Overall the process was pretty quick for everything I got done and it came out exactly the way I wanted. All I did was show her one photo of the way it’s been done in the past. I chose Diana based off the other raving reviews, and she was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I went with her! I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and she matched it exactly. The highlights came out beautiful! I have longer hair, and Diana took her time to make sure everything came out beautiful. She even stayed past the time she was open just to make sure my hair turned out beautiful. She is so talented! I will definitely be coming back.

I chose Diana based off other 5 star reviews and decided to go to her because why not. I was extremely nervous to get my hair cut, since I was going from extremely long to extremely short. She did a great job, and I am very happy with the results, like really happy! Even when I was freaking out when getting my hair chopped off, she would reassure me and make me feel better. I’m for sure going back to get my hair touched up before college, and I 100% recommend!

I found this salon on Vagaro today cause I was very overdue for a haircut. I am so happy to have found Diana because she did such an amazing job with my hair cut and I will definitely be going back next week for color. Diana is so sweet I got full highlights and a cut and I’m so happy with my hair it was so worth the process and the excitement I got afterwards My hair hasn’t been touched for about 10+ years besides a very minimal trim every once in a while it was time for a change and Diana definitely delivered I am so thankful for her and so happy with the outcome of my hair it is gorgeous and my hair hasn’t felt healthier in years and let alone looked so beautiful. OMG! Diana is AMAZING! I went into her salon with dull, flat, shoe polish black hair that was aging me beyond my years. She meticulously lifted it taking her time in at least 7 steps. She was constantly checking the process, which can be unpredictable. I honestly did not even know it was possible to color correct my horrible self done dye job. In one visit, she created stunning multi hued beautiful blonde hair for me! I NEVER expected such a great result. My family gave me great compliments about it the moment I came home. My husband took me out to dinner to celebrate my new look. She is a Master Colorist.

I am so thrilled I came upon Diana at Volo’s Hair Salon. Everything about this business is geared toward revolving around Customer Care. First and foremost scheduling was easy and very pleasant. Ivan offered me an appointment that same day, when I gave him the impression that I was hoping to get it scheduled soon, but I asked if the following day on Friday would be available and he fit me in. He was wonderfully gracious, kind, accommodating and friendly! I texted him a couple of photos of what condition my hair was in prior to the service and what it had looked like the last time I had my hair done in another state and loved very much, my hair grows very quickly! He confirmed that it was helpful and that he would share them with Diana so she had an idea of what to expect and what I was anticipating. The instructions of where it was and parking details, which was amply available and easy to find, followed the conclusion of our phone call. The day of my appointment, I received a text a couple of hours prior to my intended arrival asking if I could be there 15 minutes later to ensure the client before me was finished, which was greatly appreciated so I wouldn’t have to wait there and was very respectful of everybody’s time, very professional. Normally when the stylist is running late, I find myself waiting, so having the extra time to myself in advance was very considerate of the business practice extended to me. Diana spoke with me about picking the color that would likely achieve my goals and got to work. The room is private, comfortable and I received her full attention. The color was on my hair for quite a while, as Diana kept checking my roots to ensure the color took, and while she was expedient in her working on me, the color was on it’s own time table, but she didn’t rush it at the expense of the end result. I am very gray in my roots and so often, the root touch ups, just seem to come out brassy. NOT on this day though, she checked and kept touching up color to her level of satisfaction that it would turn out neat, fresh and not a make-do with however it was going to turn out after the typical 30 minutes. She worked masterfully to ensure the highlights that I had from 6 weeks back would remain in tact as she applied color to my gray roots, that would match seamlessly with the base color of my hair so there was no abrupt transition to where she was connecting the new color to the older. Diana is extremely warm, sweet, and very skilled in her craft, a consummate professional to match how personable she is. I will most definitely be back probably in about a month to 6 weeks to Volo’s to once again get 20 years back on my way out then I look on my way in. Thank you Diana, and thank you to Ivan for making this experience convenient, pleasant and exceeding my expectations on so many levels!
