Christina R-nee was my technician and did an absolutely fabulous job. She is very personable and the entire experience was wonderful. I also interacted with Rethnata . I would recommend this salon to anyone. Unfortunately I live in Chicago so I will not be able to come often but anytime I am in Columbus this is where I will get my nails done.

I stopped here for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was super quick not allowing time to relax but the technician did a good job. However, the acrylic nails didn’t go so well. The acrylic was patchy, uneven and laid on only 6/8 of the nail. The tech told me after I stopped her that she was new to acrylic. I was not happy at all and would have preferred to be told that up front. She removed the nails and I was offered a chance to come back the next day. No discount, compensation for inconvenience. Nothing.

Customer service always has been on and off with this place (depends who is working) but today I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, at 20 minutes I asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon and they told me another 10 minutes. I had an appointment by the way, what a joke.

These guys and gals always do a great job! Had my wedding nails done there more than a week ago and they have held up perfectly through lots of activity. They’ve even lasted through cave tubing and hiking.

I went for the first and last time. I respect people’s time so I arrived 10mins early to appt color change. I get there some one starts taking off my polish then stop. Next I am asked to sit back in the waiting area b/c they need the chair. 45 mins later nothing. I walked away nails undone for my date . Just annoyed and felt placed on a low priority b/c of the way I looked.

I went for dip on natural nails and a pedicure. While I was washing my hands he looked at me and rolled his eyes obviously because I’m black. I hadn’t said one word to him. I stated I wanted a solar pink look and he threw a box of colors at me and said You Pick it. I asked if he knew colors he gave me a lame excuse. If you are black Don’t spend your money here!! The customer service is horrible when black.
