Our experience was pleasant and the view was awesome – albeit cloudy and rainy. Was slightly underwhelmed by product selection…but that has little to do with the actual service received. My daughter and mother both loved their fresh new ‘do’s’ and we would absolutely come back.

Let me start this off by saying, Thank you. It was the first time I got my hair done and I was so nervous but the people here were patient, kind, and supporting. They treat everyone they meet so nicely- they are really amazing people and it isnt that cliche ‘hows the weather’s stuff either- it’s real and its supporting. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do but my dad and I had talked to her about it to get a rough idea and they weren’t trying to shove ideas down my throat or leave me clueless and telling me to hurry up- they gave gentle ideas that I thought about and accepted. The outcome of the hair left me astonished- I’ve never been happier about my hair in my life! I really love how it came out and it didn’t damage my hair at all! My hair is so silky smooth and the way it all comes together is amazing! Thank you so much for your wonderful service, conversation, and patience. If you want to get your hair done, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I had gotten my hair done else where and it was BAD. My hair was cut above my shoulders and I felt hopeless. SO I began calling around and Dianne was the first stylist I spoke with who had confidence she could fix it. She had me grab a free Olaplex treatment prior to my appointment. During my appointment she was confident, made sure we were both on the same page, and she worked it. I laughed alot and it was a wonderful time in a wonderful and clean space. Walked out with what she called “bangin'” hair and when I got home my four boys and hubby were grinning! While I LOVE my gigi pip hats, I prefer to love my hair and choose to wear the hat vs. have to have to do to bad hair. She also loves her olaplex and my hair got a fresh cut. I left feeling amazing. This is not the pretentious Salon you went to when you were a yuppy…..this a VERY nice comfortable and modern salon. The owner Sarah Walton is awesome as are her other stylists. I moved to Ocean Shores from California where I had the most amazing hairapist for over 25 years. I wasn’t sure if I would ever love another stylist as much. However, Sarah is personable and I trust her expertise. I always leave feeling beautiful. If you are looking for a new salon in Ocean Shores to call your own please choose Volante!
