Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery dirty, lots of trash in seating area. Stylists would work on 2 people at a time. Very loud music. Not relaxing at all. Very dirty, lots of trash in seating area. Stylists would work on 2 people at a time. Very loud music. Not relaxing at all. My stylist didn’t communicate about the plan with my hair and I didn’t get what I wanted at all. My hair is way too dark and I got extremely overcharged for the service I got. Critical: QualityI went there to get my roots done, my hair is already blonde just needing retouching which I’ve done before at other salons. When I get there they tell me that it’s basically imposible to re touch my roots on all of my head (which again I have done before) because it was too short, I have almost 2 inches of grown out roots and it’s too short ? I think it’s straight up lazy. They only did the top of my head and a bit of the sides. Everything else was untouched. I went to another salon to ask for it to be fixed and they immediately said it was possible and gave me the results I wanted from this salon. Overall I’m highly dissatisfied and I actually hated my hair. I paid $145 for them to only do 3 pieces and leave the rest untouched, I would understand $145 for my whole head but that’s not the case here. I went there to get my roots done, my hair is already blonde just needing retouching which I’ve done before at other salons. After not having my highlights done in about 6 months I went in to have them done. Katthya worked on my hair and I am completely In love with the outcome!
