My experience was horrible. First I went for a conciliation and the person who did my hair made me feel comfortable. She told me she was able to do my hair no problem and not to worry. After the appointment my hair was destroyed! She didn’t do a color test and now my hair starts orange and slowly changes 2 other shades of some color I’m not sure what to call. I didn’t say a word when I left because I was about to cry. So I paid and cried all the way home. I forgot my sun glasses so I call when I calmed myself down some to let them know I forgot the glasses and I was not happy with the job, I was told sorry honey there is nothing we can do. So no kind of refund or an offer to fix it not that I’d allow them to touch my head again. Definitely do not recommend

I’m new to the area and this was my first time in Salon. Cindy was great, I gave her a general idea of what I wanted. She changed my color back to my natural ash brown and added some highlights. I was very pleased and satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge and she listened to what I was looking for. I will be back, plus we had a great conversation as if I knew her for years instead of a few hours:)

Thank you for a great hair cut that was long overdue. I have been in the area for 1.5 yrs and finally have a salon that I will return to. Thanks Teddy for your positive energy, aura and hug goodbye. It was much appreciated. My elderly mother is very happy with her hair cut by Ashley as well. She did wish that she curled it under for her as my mother told her that is what she normally does, but maybe Ashley didn’t hear her:) She did say Ashley was very pleasant and would go back to her as well.

Cindy did an exceptional job in fixing my disastrous haircut/hair color from a PREVIOUS hairdresser. Cindy gave me a phenomenal haircut and hair color. I was so pleased that I scheduled two more appointments with Cindy. The other staff members were very accommodating in making me feel welcome on my first visit. I have been to other salons in the area, but they cannot compare to Vogue on 24 Salon for their professionalism and kindness to their clients. I would highly recommend this salon….you won’t be disappointed.

My first haircut was not good, the stylist didn’t listen to my hair concerns. I thought I would make an appointment with owner, his first appointment was 3 weeks out, I booked online as they requested. One week before my appointment I received a call that the owner was not taking any new customers. Poor customer service making me wait 2 weeks then canceling my appointment.

I went in to find out about getting my hair cut and colored in a week before my wedding and the stylist that was recommended for my curly hair was not going to be available but they were able to squeeze me in an hour later. This is a really nice salon, competitive pricing, and very nice people. I’m very happy with how my highlights and cut came out.
