Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a pedicure, and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!!! The young lady I had was beyond professional! She was very attentive and just attention to detail, which surprised me. You go into most places and they’ll do a bare minimum for most. But nope, she took her time, didn’t try to rush the process while they were starting to get busy. The massage was incredible!!!! I felt truly relaxed which was a first for me. Went in for a pedicure, and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!!! The young lady I had was beyond professional! She was very attentive and just attention to detail, which surprised me. You go into most places and they’ll do a bare minimum for most. But nope, she took her time, didn’t try to rush the process while they were starting to get busy. The massage was incredible!!!! I felt truly relaxed which was a first for me. I was beyond impressed with the service. Highly recommend!!!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityVery nice people but, when I came in, there was basically no one there, it was pretty dead. Only one girl sitting down getting her nails done. 15 min later they started on my daughter’s nails and 5 min in our nail tech decides to dissappear for 10 min without any word . And 1 1/2hrs later they wanted to do my nails but I backed out after seeing the not so good nail art on my baby girl and the girl sitting next to us had major issues with her very plain nails and I was already extremely annoyed by the 1 1/2 hr wait time. It was complete drama. I definitely will not be returning to this location. I’m really not sure how they even have a 4.4 rating. Only one girl sitting down getting her nails done. 15 min later they started on my daughter’s nails and 5 min in our nail tech decides to dissappear for 10 min without any word .
