Critical: Quality, ValueI really hate leaving bad reviews but this is the absolute worst nail job I’ve ever received. I went to this establishment yesterday to get the dip powder. It’s sloppy and uneven and one pinky is thicker than all of the other nails. My nails are so sharp around the edges that you could cut your skin with it if you tried hard enough. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is the absolute worst nail job I’ve ever received. I went to this establishment yesterday to get the dip powder. It’s sloppy and uneven and one pinky is thicker than all of the other nails. My nails are so sharp around the edges that you could cut your skin with it if you tried hard enough. Very unhappy with the service here and will not be back.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any nail salon! She went in wanting gel nails and they told her the dip was better and proceeded with the dip? Which turned out pumpkin orange for Christmas and instead of redoing them he put the red over top which made them entirely too thick! They’ve been on one week! (gone for the holidays) she went in today and he took them off and refused to make it right and said “well you had nails for Christmas” ! No refund, no partial refund and did not correct the error other than removing them! The worst experience ever!!!

THEY SUCK!!! i went yesterday to get my nails done and paid $110 for them and the next day they are gone they have pealed off!!!!!! i am not one to bite or pick my nails this was not my fault! i do one thing and the polish comes right off! i am mortified!!! this is my 3rd time ever i only get it for my birthday i was really excited but now they are home and my poor parents had to pay for this! you should be ashamed!

Love this place and my main man who did my nails (so sorry I’ve spaced your name and feel terrible for it) was amazing! Not only did he do an amazing job but he’s an incredible person to talk with and learn from! Cant wait to go back! Oh and you can’t beat their prices! I got a fill and color change on my toes for 25$!

I thought this was a nice place quite and no wait now i see why. Let me say this is my 2nd time bringing my girls here to get their nails done the first time the man did an awesome job and the paint lasted 3 weeks this time totally different. Yesterday we came back and the owner was about to leave i should have taken that as a sign but i didn’t. Im going to make this short because im in his shop right now and im about to go the hell off!! Don’t spend you mone here!!!

Horrible will NOT return. Had a full set done on Wednesday had to return on Friday because nails were lifting. Before time for a fill-in nails started to pop off completely so I went to my old nail place come to find out the whole set was lifting so she had to remove and replace with a new set. I will NEVER go back here! Idk how they stay in business.

The worst. I got gel nails and they started chipping the next day! I asked why they charge so much and he said “because we don’t use any cheap stuff and it comes from my country”. Well let’s be clear if the product isn’t cheap the work you put out is cheap(POOR)! I was in a rush and needed something done bad!! DO NOT WASTE your time or money!!!
