They take a LONG time, but it’s because they do really good work. I love the color selection – the only place I’ve found a white-glitter color (diamond head). They get to know you and work to remember you. They were very sweet to my daughter when she got her valentine’s treat.

Nail technician seemed disgruntled. My right big toe was woefully uneven. I paid more to have my heels exfoliated and they didn’t even appropriately rinse the cleansing mask. I’m still left with dry heels. This place is a dump. Don’t bother. I’d appreciate a discount or full refund from the owner.

I have gone to this salon several times over the last three years. I’ve always had great service. However, I found out today during my time there that the salon was sold about two weeks ago. I noticed a few cosmetic changes to the store and that there were less people working there. About two or three customers left disgruntled after waiting forever to just be forgotten and not receive any service. One customer seemed absolutely blindsided by the change in ownership and said that they would not be returning. The lady answering the phone told people that certain people were no longer working there.

All staff were so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to please us, even saying it wasn’t an issue when a customer changed her mind about a gel color that was already dried. They stressed they just wanted her to be happy and it was no problem. I will definitely be back. Pedicure
