Giving two stars because I thought this nail salon was clean and they have some of the best prices that I’ve seen. But, I got a manicure less than 24 hours ago and I have multiple chips already and the nail polish is cracking a bit in some places but it’s too fine to see in the photos. I haven’t been hard on my nails since getting them done. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be going back because it’s just not worth it if your nails don’t last. My manicures typically last me 5-7 days, especially when I get them done at a nail salon instead of doing them myself. I can’t speak to other services like shellac or acrylic. Maybe it’s the brand of nail polish they use? I’m not sure what happened.

Avoid at all costs. I booked an appointment to get mine and my bridal party nails done for my wedding. Several of my bridesmaid wanted a pedicure as well though I only booked for nails. What I thought was the owner, was extremely unprofessional and berated me for several minutes about not booking correctly. I apologized even after, she continued to go on about how she had a large party coming in and could not accommodate our pedicures which was understandable but not a single person walked into the salon while we were there. I apologized for my error with booking the appointment. The other staff was also extremely rude. She also double charged me after she put the incorrect color on my nails. I wanted a cream color not yellow. They also did not do that good of a job on the nails and mine . The salon is clean and my nails did look nice but not $95 nice. My best advice is go someplace else if you want to be treated with respect.

They make fun of you and talk about you if you get confused. It’s sad, really. I’ve been going here for a while but now I’m too embarrassed to go back. Even the staff said something to my family member about how I was confused with the process with dip nails after it happened. Won’t be back for the simple fact that some of the staff here are bullies.
