Was charged quite a bit for the “newest one” in the place… Nails are crooked and misshapen. Not really complaining other than maybe a little discount should have been in order for it being basically a “practice” session… Otherwise she was very friendly and has great techniques.

I would give 0 stars if I could!! UNSANITARY, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. We scheduled an appointment for 5, and they were extremely angry. One of the ladies dropped the paint brush onto the floor and without sanitizing put it right on the nail. When asked to “please sanitize or please change the nail polish color” the lady started to yell at my sister. My sister stayed calm and she’s like “can I please change the color?” The lady kept throwing a tantrum. Excuse me we were respectful and NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO YELL AT ANYONE. The lady didn’t let my sister look at other shellac colors available. She finished her pedicure with anger fumes radiating towards us. In the End she ruined our whole entire experience and our morning. We left our kids to get a pedicure and relax,, not to get yelled at. We each paid $70 for the service that was not worth a penny for the disgusting service we got. Absolutely horrid. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else trust me.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy experience here felt rushed from the moment I walked in. They told me to pick a nail color and the nail tech attending me rushed to help me pick out a color. Kinda just picked because it was uncomfortable. Nail tech insisted that I get a shellac mani and pedi because it was going to stay on longer, I told her I just wanted a regular mani pedi, nothing fancy. She was upset and once she was done with my pedi she again asked me to do a shellac for my mani, proceeded to tell me that it would be better for whatever reason and finally I give in because she would ask again. This is what I walked out with. I told her to clean up the nails because they looked sloppy. I was done with my mani within 15 minutes. I wanted to pay with card and she insisted I use the ATM for stupid reasons. I will never go back again. Maybe so they can take it off though. I got the classic pedicure with shellac removal and a nail trim. My gal was fast and efficient with removing the shellac polish. I felt I got a good long leg massage and my new polish was put on perfectly. Anytime she noticed anything needed more trimming she went back and did it. I was seen right away even if I was early and I was finished sooner than I expected.

I am so disappointed in this place. I was in there getting a full set the other day, and I could not believe how bad they looked!! And when I said something they got irritated with me and put me with another Nail Tec that was rude as well and very impatient with me. She ended up doing my nails and there was paint on the side of my fingers my nails weren’t shaped evenly the nail polish is all clumpy they didn’t cut my cuticles like they said that they would but I paid for it anyway I’m never going there again! $80 for a full set and it took them three hours to do it! And it still looked horrible just remember it’s a lot of money for a very bad job

A shellac mani & pedi was $110! (Not including tip). Very expensive for how quick the appointment was (about an hour altogether). I felt rushed and not relaxed after my appointment. My nails look good, although I’d rather spend that money on a nice massage or a facial or something else altogether.
