Critical: QualityOn July 3rd, I received a manicure, the gentlemen speedily trimmed my cuticles, then asked if I wanted to pay, he had not performed any of the salt scrub massage, or hand cream application listed as part of the manicure service, he said he forgot… he then proceeded to provide that portion of the service and hastily polished my nails. He did not polish my nails completely to the edge of my nail beds, and I attempted to explain … not completely covering the nail would cause quicker chipping of the polish. The polish began chipping Saturday evening, I performed no hard labor or dishes. I returned to the salon and the male receptionist…explained that regular nail polish doesn’t last, and there is no guarantee…I said not even 24hours, they are horrible today is Monday…and this is the way they look, see pictures. He said we can do a couple but not all, bcuz we offer no guarantee. I wasn’t seeking a refund, nor a full manicure… it became review worthy when he would not stand behind his service, if he finds no honor in what he provides, how can he ask for our dollars, and as a customer I find no value or worth in supporting him, he’s looking just to take… loyalty pays the bill, a snatch and grab leaves you hungry. The polished began chipping because #1… the polish is diluted and not of good quality, and they were poorly attended too, they were not fully covered.Service: ManicureOn July 3rd, I received a manicure, the gentlemen speedily trimmed my cuticles, then asked if I wanted to pay, he had not performed any of the salt scrub massage, or hand cream application listed as part of the manicure service, he said he …More
