Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use. Buffers and files are used only once then discarded. All pedicure procedures are done with liner protection. And above all, staff are trained to follow a proper sanitization protocol that puts clients’ hygiene as the number one priority.

They guy who did my nails was very sweet and nice but my nails look awful. Paint on fingers everywhere, messy paint job and spots were missed or have indents, cuticles cut up to heck, and my nail already chipped (2 hours later) not worth the $40 I spent. Very disappointed. Gel manicures

They have had a price increase since 2020 which are the prices advertised on their website, according to the lady at the door. This gave me a “bait and switch” vibe but stuff happens. I went for the vogue pedi for the “extensive” part of the option. Literally, I feel like I spent longer drying as the whole pedicure took less than 20 minutes. Mediocre paint job. The place was nice and decently clean and they also have the best massage chairs I’ve ever experienced.

I stopped by this afternoon around 4:45 pm to get a chipped nail repaired. It happens. Not blaming anyone or anything. I had been in on Saturday and gotten a new Nexgen fill. When I walked in this evening there was one customer getting a pedicure, another client getting nails done and two or three workers sitting or walking around the back. I was told they were too busy to fix one nail and to come back in one hour. I’ve been in there when they had more customers than workers and no one was turned away. Service has declined over the last few months while their prices have greatly increased.

Every nail was fat and set away from nail bed, looked like I needed a fill when I walked out. Went out that night for dinner party and everyone was laughing at my nails. I called on Tuesday the first day open and they said what is wrong with nails??? I explained and the manager said you come let me see before I do new for you. DO NOT GO THERE if you want them too look good.

First time here and I made a same day appt… the staff was super friendly and welcoming. My nail tech was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. I have very soft skin and bleed quite easy… she was very gentle and I walked away without a scratch! The facility is super cute… it’s clean and the staff is is great! Looking for a new nail salon… I say check them out!

I came in for nails that looked that the black ones in the photos. When they came to doing the black part, it did not look good so when I told the guy I didn’t like it, he told me it was because my hands looked weird. ???? I’m not sure why my hands have anything to do with the the way his art looked. At first they wanted me to pay $83 for the black ones with the length in the photo, I told them that wasn’t reasonable considering the length wasn’t as long as the photos. They told me then it was being they were French tips, when he tried to do the “French tips” he didn’t even know where to start on them. At the end of the day, he could have just said he didn’t know what he was doing.
