I went in with color dip powder on and decided I wanted French dip powder. Bin (nail tech) asked me a few clarification questions for my expectations and he hit it out of the park. I’m quite happy with my splurge in change! Next time, I’m definitely getting a pedicure, too! The chairs look comfy and people seemed relaxed who were getting those done.

At first I felt very welcomed and great service. But as time went by my nail tech became frustrated with me and my decisions even though I told him early on what I wanted. He then complained about what I wanted and partially just flat out refused to do what I wanted. My nails have broken and chipped more than they ever have when I’ve gotten my nails done at any other salon. I’m never coming back.
