The ladies were nice, cute place, and it looked very clean. They offer a variety of services, but I went for eyelash extensions. It was my first time, so I was very nervous! My lash tech wrapped me in a blanket, turned on a heating pad, and played super relaxing music. It was heaven. I got a full set of hybrid lashes. It was not expensive compared to other places, and the process took less than 2 hours… Needless to say, I walked away satisfied .

I got my first ever eyebrow lamination done by Zhanara and I love the results so much. I’m still looking in the mirror enjoying my brows. The brow gel I bought from the shop has also impressed me. Very clean establishment. Took my daughter for a facial beginning of the month. She has super oily skin and had been experiencing some pretty bad outbreaks. When I called I was told since she was a minor I’d have to stay with her which was fine. Also forewarned that it may be a tad painful since they would be extracting and exfoliating her face. Overall the facial was a success. We have another appointment tomorrow and since her initial facial she’s seen less of an outbreak. We did invest in some of their skincare per suggestion of Cristina. We also appreciated Cristina for her services rendered.

I learned about this location through research and reviews. And I am not disappointed with my results. Cristina does my laser treatments and she is amazing. She is very informative about skin care along with laser sessions. I thought the procedure would be painful but it is not. It is very professional at this location and the staff are big on good customer service and making the client comfortable. I drive from Newport News to VA Beach location because I know Cristina will take care of me!!

I got a Tattoo removal by Oxana and it was very well done! She allows you to hold air on your spot as she treats it and was effficent and thorough! She is so sweet and made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. I bought a package because this place was much better than the last place I went for this service. 10/10 recommend.
