Anna runs a different type of salon. Yes, you have a main stylist but anyone working for her can step in to give you a great color or cut. As a client you have a file with notes that anyone can access. This yields teamwork and less competition between stylists. I’ve been very happy with the customer service and my hair since going to VOA!!

Minus one star for the woman at the front desk. 4 stars for the quality of haircut and the stylist. I went today for a haircut and this was only my second time with them since last year (went to another hair salon in town in between). This young lady, Taylor, was the stylist who cut my hair. She was pleasant to talk to and is talented – cut and blew dry my hair great. MINUS ONE STAR for the woman at the front desk who seemed very annoyed, just didn’t look and sound very genuine, and kind of lacks the friendliness you want to see from a front desk person. I was 5-10 mins late for my appt, I called and was very apologetic. She said ok – like whatever. Then at check out I asked for options on how to give a tip as I don’t carry cash, but she seemed so annoyed during my entire exchange with her. Not only she seemed annoyed but looked pretty judgmental. Hope she was just having a bad day, because if that’s her attitude every day, then that’s not the right job for her. ♀️

I had a great experience at Voa. Ana was amazing. My hair came out better then I could’ve expected. That woman is a machine let me tell you. I was there for a few hours and I never saw her sit down once! She had a bunch of clients at the same time and managed to get everyone out in a timely manner. A robot I tell ya! Every woman that walked out of the salon had a smile on their faces.
