If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst excuse for a “spa pedicure” I’ve ever experienced. They advertise a “spa pedicure“ for $35, gel polish is an additional $20 my total would’ve been $55. Mid pedi I asked the tech to be sure to exfoliate my heel and ball of my foot. He responded that it would be an extra $5 to use the metal tool that looks like a cheese grater. My feet aren’t rough and using that tool wasn’t necessary, the pumice stone was enough. He didn’t use it correctly and aside from the nail trim my feet are exactly how they were when I arrived. He was distracted on the phone and more concerned about the customers coming in than he was about properly doing my pedi. If you advertise a “spa pedicure“ every tool necessary should be included. It’s unfortunate that they prioritize money over quality work. The information about what is provided during a pedicure is not known upfront and they don’t make it a priority to ensure that feet are soft, smooth and manicured before leaving. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and will never return to this establishment. I planned to leave a 100% tip as I usually do but today I paid $35 for poor service and no polish. I am completely disgusted with this experience!

They are very friendly and do a nice job with my gel manicure.The only possible complaint I have is that sometimes there are 2 or 3 different radios or tvs at one time and it really stresses me out.

And the last two months I have went to this establishment at least 8 times for services paid cash same technician dead my services never any problem. Today it was a totally different experience I actually was a serviced by a part owner of female who would not listen to the client choice of nail polish is always important and you never know if the Polish that you’re using as what you really want. She painted One Nail I told her I didn’t like the color to stop she continues to paint my fingernails I tried to get her to stop but she just ignored me as if I was a non-person. I was already turned off before she even got started because just as I stepped in to the business she was just finishing putting on a full set of nails when I say finishing she glued on all the ten nails that she was going to use but she has to finish them she has to cut them down and add the jail she was just getting started so I did not have any confidence that she could actually do my nails would hers so long but I let her go on anyhow because I know she’s supposed to be a nail technician. To make a long story short I have never been disrespected the way that I was and I know it was based on the fact that I was a black woman. When she finished my nails I advised her that I did not want her doing my toes and she let me know that she doesn’t do toes I’ll never ever give them another dime of my money and if you’re looking for a good job and Nails don’t go to Vogue Nails on West Market Street in Akron Ohio is a waste of your money unless you a white woman no problem you’ll get just what you want with a smile.

Here visiting from Maryland, and the pedicure I received was alright. I also received a fill with gel polish. All but 3 of my nails are natural. The young lady was very drill heavy. I have never been to a salon where the drill is used so much and so aggressively. She was pushing so hard that my fingers were burning. I admittedly was very tense at this point, and she kept repositioning my fingers and asking me to relax my hands. Sorry— but pain and discomfort is not relaxing. Drilled my pinky nails (which were my own natural nail) way too short; cut down should be that—cutting down. I guess toward the end she just wanted me to get out of her chair. Feeling mutual. She didn’t even buff my nails thoroughly. Very inexperienced tech. I don’t care if I was sitting as stiff as a statue, the service should be professional.
