When my son was born in March 2021 I came into the salon with him and I was terrified I would be turned away but I wasn’t, they were so amazing and helpful. If he cried when I couldn’t pull my hands away to console him, anyone working came up to talk to him and help. It’s been well over a year since I came back just cause of my sons age, and yesterday, they were just as nice and sweet and made sure my nails were how I liked them before I left. Never have I been to a nail place that didn’t get “upset” for having a small child. I will always recommend and give my business here!

I went there with my friend, who is lighter in complexion, (I promise this information is important) the first time and enjoyed it. The service was Friendly and very welcoming. Then the second time I went there with a person of my skin tone I was charged 30 dollars more than the initial price. They were rude and messed my nails up. It was like there was a switch up in personalities, third time I went there by myself it was the same rude service and they wouldn’t stop side eyeing me. Really upset at the service provided.

I picked this place based on shining reviews. My pedicure looks and was, amazing. My manicure experience was not my favorite. I started with one guy who was very heavy handed, he made me bleed several times and hurt my cuticles. He was not gentle at all and he was HEAVY with the acrylic…. leaving gaps between acrylic and my nail. (Please see photos of mint and white nails) I brought it to his attention that I wasn’t really loving the way my nails turned out. He smarted off that he’d been doing nails for 18 years, I’d be fine. Disappointed, I went to wash my hands and then got passed off to someone else for Polish. He asked me about my nails and I shared I didn’t love them. He said not to worry, he’d fix them. He was way nicer, much lighter handed and did clean up the previous guys mess A LOT….but honestly they still look clunky and thick. I’m not in love with my nails and spent 100$ between the two services. I wish they’d have removed the one guys work and completely redone them. My friend had her nails done all by the one guy with lighter hands and hers are beautiful. I’m not sure I’ll return and the experience with the first guy hurt my review. He did a horrible job on my nails and took some joy out of my experience.

It had been over 10 years since I had my nails done so I knew what I wanted it to look like but didn’t know how to ask for it. She was so sweet and helped me figure it out. Tien took care of my nails, he was thorough, gentle and kept interesting conversation going during my visit. The price was great for the amazing job that he did. Now I know and when I want my nails done I’ll always go back to this salon.
