They do a good job. My polish has chipped both times I’ve been here & I don’t like that but they always look good for a week or so before it chipped. Not sure what to do about that. People are friendly & do what you ask design wise. I’ll go back. These were done a week ago Saturday & they still look decent I think except for the thumb that chipped.

I always have nails ALWAYS. I decided to come in and get a full set. I’ve heard nothing but good things. I had a full nail fall off while doing something simple, I came in and they fixed it for free no issues. A day or so later I lose another full nail and this time I came back in a little more irritated. They told me to be careful and I politely told them it just fell off for no reason. They told me if it happens again I’ll have to pay.Now I’m three days in to my vacation and I lost yet ANOTHER. It took me less than five minutes to pop them all off. I’ve had plenty of nail sets and have never had them so poorly done. Very disappointing. I understand breaking them sometimes it happens but to have a whole full nail just slide completely off over simple tasks is absurd. Waste of time and money. The quality was simply just poor.

Beautiful Salon but the lady who did my nails attitude was awful. She was rough with my hands and feet. She dug really deep into my toenails after I nicely asked her not to. I will NEVER go back. Not only was my nail slammed shut in the box of tips, so much so that I had to holler before she noticed (the box was shut so tightly my nail was bent and nearly broken off and the box was attached like fish on a hook), but then while I was on the phone I heard the nail tech say she would discount my service and she was so sorry, I was then shuffled to another nail tech because her appointment showed up early. Lastly when I went to pay and asked about my discount she lied and said she never said that. I have never felt like less of a human.
