Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery rude owner! I am not sure what happened today! I came to get my eyebrows done here which I always do and was asked where I went to get them done last time. I told her I had been away & someone did them for me since I wasn’t in the area. She immediately got mad and said if I go to another person don’t come here again. She stated she would refuse my service because it’s not fair to her to be fixing mistakes. Which also was weird because my eyebrows were not messed up. I came here after 3 weeks just as I would if she did them previously. I was totally blown away by this since I have been coming here for years & with my daughter as well! I asked her why she was talking to me this way & being so rude and she had no response besides I don’t want you to come back. So I said ok soon as you finish I will leave and you lost a great customer. She actually said Good! Thank you don’t come back! Once again completely blown away. She didn’t do a great job & I feel like it was out of spite, but I will find a new place and get them fixed so it’s all good. It’s crazy because people come from many different mail salons & there are walk ins all the time from all over & I wonder if she talks to them this way. Trust I will never come here again. You literally lost a great customer. I will be reaching out to the BBB! I’m also going to post this on all social platforms as well as doing reviews on every platform! Very rude owner! I am not sure what happened today! I came to get my eyebrows done here which I always do and was asked where I went to get them done last time. I told her I had been away & someone did them for me since I wasn’t in the area. She immediately got mad and said if I go to another person don’t come here again. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBy far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. As soon as I walked in, I asked the owner if he could do a certain design, at that point I was told that they could and directed to a women. The women took a look at the picture and told me she could not do the design, I was then directed to another women who told me she to change my design, after removing my polish, the women directed me to a man to fill my nails in. The man then attempted the new much easier design and could not do it. The owner then came over and taught the man how to do it, he attempted it again and failed. I then politely asked the man to just do a clear coat and leave my nails be. The women beside him who was supposed to do my nails had taken another customer and began yelling at me. I had not at no point raised my voice, as I am not a confrontational person. After yelling at me, the woman came over to do my nails and fussing because I wanted a certain design. The women then told me “you are too picky”, so I then told her I’ll pay for my clear polish and take my business elsewhere. I would have appreciated the place telling me they could not do my nail design upfront instead of making me feel like trash for wanting a simple design on my nails. While here I’ve heard them curse multiple customers out as well. This place is beyond ghetto and they do not respect their customers at all. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. As soon as I walked in, I asked the owner if he could do a certain design, at that point I was told that they could and directed to a women.
